We begin every Tennessee account the same way: on foot, on the property. We look at the gates and doors, the loading areas, the parking lots and the hours when nobody is around, and we ask what has already gone wrong. From there we decide what fits. That may be one unarmed officer at a hotel desk, an officer at a truck gate with patrol checks on the yard, or a camera trailer on a construction lot.
Clients get one point of contact who can be reached 24/7. Reports, photos and patrol checks come through Vision Insights during each shift, so you can see what happened overnight without making a phone call. WinTeam keeps scheduling and billing tidy, which helps when you have properties in more than one Tennessee city.
Security Officers
Unarmed officers for hotel lobbies, apartment entrances, assisted living communities, offices and plants, on long-term, short-term or temporary schedules. Before the first shift each officer learns your building, your rules and your contacts, and our officers are First Aid and CPR certified for the moments before help arrives.
Licensed armed officers for Tennessee properties where the risk is higher, such as sites that handle cash, store high-value goods or have had serious incidents. Plenty of properties do not need an armed post, and if that is our view after the site walk, we will tell you. SecureOne works in the state under Tennessee License #13883.
Mobile patrol officers check properties that do not need someone on site all night. A route can include several buildings or several clients, with stops at doors, gates, lots and fence lines that vary from night to night. Patrol vehicles carry GPS Insight tracking and in-car 360-degree cameras.
Sometimes a sworn officer is the right call, for example at a large public event, for traffic control or during a short period of specific threat. Most of the time, a SecureOne officer trained on the site costs less and knows it better. We will give you an honest recommendation, and the full description is on secureone.com.
We train well past the state minimum. Our in-house Director of Training writes programs by industry and facility, so a hotel officer and a warehouse gate officer each learn the job in front of them, and both are retested after orientation. Some of the largest security firms in the country send their own new hires to SecureOne training facilities.
Event security officers can cover a festival weekend, a convention or a single evening. They work entrances, parking areas and crowds, and your regular contact plans the event with you so the extra officers and your usual posts follow one set of instructions.
Remote camera monitoring is on our Tennessee service list, and solar camera trailers are one way to deliver it. A trailer can watch a construction site, a storage yard or an empty building with no power hookup, and it is professionally monitored around the clock. It can also be paired with mobile patrol.
