A privately owned contract security company, founded in October 2002, with a Tennessee office in Knoxville.
SecureOne started in October 2002 as a privately owned contract security company, serving local, regional and nationwide clients from its local offices. Our Tennessee office is on Agnes Road in Knoxville, and we work in the state under Tennessee License #13883.
Security and military careers run through our leadership. Our corporate managers have more than 250 years of combined experience on federal, state and private contracts, and they include a retired National Security Director from a Fortune 50 company, a former Vice President of a national security provider, an Army National Guard Captain who led Military Police, and former Area Managers from other security agencies.
We would rather be the best value than the lowest bid. Clients in Tennessee and elsewhere choose SecureOne for the attention to detail, the technology and the training each officer brings to the post.
Officers learn the property, the post orders and the people to call before they start. Our in-house Director of Training writes programs for each industry and facility, and training carries on after orientation.
GPS Insight logs where every patrol vehicle goes and records with in-car 360-degree cameras. Reports, photos and patrol checks go into Vision Insights, and WinTeam handles scheduling and invoices.
Our officers bring military, law enforcement or security experience. We hire for judgment, emotional maturity, pride in the work and a good attitude.
I went through several companies over the years on my property. Glad I found SecureOne. It’s not that they are perfect but take care of any issue immediately. That’s all I ask for.
Warehouse Manager
I get security companies in here all the time trying to sell me their services. I don’t bother because in 8 years with SecureOne I have never had a serious security related incident on my property. They constantly reinforce policies and procedures so nobody drops the ball. Doing exactly what I require is what I need. Thank you to everyone involved.
Major Transportation Company Manager

Regional Senior Director (Large Hotel Chain)
Your officers are vital members of our team. They are always reliable and professional.
Guest Care Supervisor (Hotel)
Your officers are always professional, courteous and punctual. The field supervisor stops by several times a week. No complaints from me which is a good thing.
